I can't believe I haven't updated here in awhile. Writing has been sluggish. I've been pulled between both series I started, but haven't been able to make strong headway like I had hoped to get out the next Halloween Hollow book this fall. I may still yet pull it off, but idk, I may need to write during the Halloween season and publish it next Fall. I've been reading a ton, and writing some personal poetry on the regular. I'm thankful for those who have checked out my stuff!  Here's my Linktree!

Fall is upon us, and I couldn't be more excited. I seem to flow with creativity most when autumn approaches. Currently, I am brainstorming the next Halloween Hollow mystery, I am tentatively calling Coven Confidential, where Esme and an old flame reignite their passion as they continue the mystery of Mulligan Windsor and his scheming over the years within the Coven. I plan to work on that through October, while mystical energies are high. Then we have NaNoWriMo in November, where I plan to start the 2nd book in a series I haven't presented yet. I am horrible about actually submitting it to publishers and agents, with a handful of rejections, so I am thinking about releasing the 1st of a series of Texan Ranchers (yes, kink and LGBTQ affirming) through self-publishing in November. I'm pretty passionate about this little town, so I am excited to introduce some of the characters to you! Good things ahead!

She had no clue how their energies combined, she likely didn’t see their energies fusing as he did. There was no way they could fuck where she would not experience her hidden magicks—not with their both being witches. Whoever had warded her gifts had taken great care and likely hoped she would never consummate with another supernatural. The energy explosion between them would be magickal in and of itself. 

He eased his hand from her hair. He didn’t want to hurt her—not by exposing her magick to her, nor by rejecting her. Her magick was so pure, so light. Her sex dripped off of her energy right now, he could almost smell it, taste it in his hands.  

“This—” he said gently but firmly, “shouldn’t happen.” And he took a step back from her.

Halloween Hollow Update...

It's my longest book yet at 92k words, so the editor may need it longer than I expected... may need to push out the Kindle publishing date to 8/15... we shall see. But it's now in the editor's hands!! Also, I hadn't planned to make this one a series, but as I edited, I began to see options for further stories at The Hollow, sooooo mayyyybe this one will have a follow-up to write this October for release next year. 🙀

Super psyched to self publish what I worked so hard on last fall. Cause the mood was set at Halloween, I saved it for ya'll this year! Editing now with the intention of an August 1st Kindle release! Ps. It's the kinkiest yet. 😁

Dropping the first Newheart Cowboys fic, Seeing Red, to agents! Exciting!! 

After several reviews with a hardworking editor, Seeing Red, the first of the Newheart Cowboys series is DONE!! I can't wait to share it. But first I think I'm going to try some agents... It's too good not to share!

I have set goals for this year! I plan to release my Halloween book August 1st, as well as I started a Texan Cowboy series that I want to market to actual publishers. If I don't get any acceptance, I will self-publish that too. I may write a tad too kinky (altho feedback from friends is that I lean soft) and LGBTQ+ for mainstream publishers, we shall see.  I have also started brainstorming a possible fantasy series. 🙀 More coming soon!!!

I'm working on something new! Hoping to wrap up by Halloween, as it's spooky and fun, and I want to pick something else for NaNoWriMo. Do you participate in NaNoWriMo??
